Today I saw my first adult patient. It was kind of scary. It was fun to see what calculus actually feels like. Stephanie helped me know what to look for. I need to be more agressive and not worry about if they bleed quite as much.

I had a 1B today and her BFI was ZERO. She was bleeding all over the place. Don't be so shy just go after it.
